Application Failover Developer
Required Skills
- Understanding of Database Internals
- Backup and Recovery API Knowledge for one of the databases Oracle or SQL Server
- Understanding Microsoft VSS/VDS API
- Understanding Microsoft Exchange API Model
- Setup and Install of the above Applications
- C/C++ and possibly UI skills to be able to implement the above
- Well conversant with build and software configuration tools
- Installation, Configuration and Tuning of above mentioned software
- Ability conceive, implement and execute test cases
- Good Documentation Skills
- Preferably from product development background
- Strong orientation towards software engineering principles, best practices, methodologies, standards, modeling, tools etc.
- Good people and communication skills are must
- Should be innovator and self-driven by nature
Required Experience
- 3-5 years
- Minimum BE (ECE, COMP SC)
