People with an analytical bent who have mastered implementing various algorithms specifically aimed towards compression. This includes skills like
Required Skills
- Understanding of common compression algorithms, compression libraries (zlib etc), encryption algorithms etc.
- Understanding of algorithm used in RSYNC
- Content Addressable Storage
- Top quality OO skills especially with C/C++
- TCP/IP Network Programming
- Good understanding of Data Structures
- Performance specialists
- Well conversant with build and software configuration tools
- Installation, Configuration and Tuning of above mentioned software
- Ability conceive, implement and execute test cases
- Good Documentation Skills
- Preferably from product development background
- Strong orientation towards software engineering principles, best practices, methodologies, standards, modeling, tools etc.
- Good people and communication skills are must
- Ability to interact to global remote teams
- Should be innovator, driver and self-driven by nature
